Tomohiro Ishikawa

Tomohiro (Tomo) Ishikawa is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in regulatory affairs and investment banking. Currently serving as Chief Regulatory Engagement Officer and Managing Director at MUFG, Tomo oversees regulatory policy and recovery/resolution planning. Notable roles include Head of Regulatory Strategy for EMEA at the Monetary Authority of Singapore and membership on the Sustainable Finance Advisory Panel and the NZBA Steering Group for UNEP FI. Tomo has held significant positions at Deutsche Bank, the Financial Services Agency of Japan, and Merrill Lynch, specializing in financial institutions and M&A advisory. Tomo holds a degree in Economics from Keio University and completed high school in Mississauga, Canada.
