Mr. Vincent Loy is the Assistant Managing Director (Technology) for the Technology Group comprising Data & Technology Architecture (DTA); Information Technology Department (ITD); and Technology & Cyber Risk Supervision Department (TCRD). Prior to this appointment, Vincent heads Accenture Singapore Financial Services. Before Accenture, Vincent was the PwC Leader for Financial Crime and Cyber for Asia Pac and also leads the Financial Services Risk Assurance in Singapore. He specializes in managing large-scale transformation and managing risks relating to digital, disruption and Fintech confronting complex global organizations.
Prior to Singapore, Vincent spent more than 20 years in the UK as a partner in PwC UK, leading the Financial Services, Technology Risk practice and advising major international financial institutions and regulators in both the UK and US on technology, risk, and resilience.
Vincent is a member of the advisory board of the National University of Singapore (School of Computing & Business School). Vincent sits on the Ministry of Communication panel of experts for cyber security and also serves on the Board of Directors of IHIS (Integrated Health Information Systems and NUS Crystal Centre.
Previously, Vincent was a member of the MAS International Advisory Board on Cybersecurity.
