Michael Pham

Michael Pham is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in derivatives and investment operations. Currently serving as Associate Director at Derivative Path since July 2021, Michael previously held various positions at Northern Trust Corporation from October 2013 to July 2021, including Officer and Senior Derivatives Analyst. Responsibilities included process improvements for Investment Operations Outsourcing, team training, and the oversight of cash settlements. Michael also led technology initiatives and machine learning communities at Northern Trust. Earlier career roles included positions at Cartus, A. Finkl & Sons, Davidson Hotels, and Rhodes College, alongside a Congressional internship. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Political Science from Rhodes College.
