Evelyn Boes has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Evelyn began their career in 1968 as an Assistant Accountant at Baker Furniture, where they worked until 1972. Evelyn then moved on to Steelcase, where they served as a Budget and Forecasting professional from 1972 to 1976. In 1980, Evelyn established their own business, Boes Financial Center, where they held the position of President. Evelyn specialized in financial consulting and held several licenses for investments, life insurance, health insurance, and variable annuities. In 2002, Evelyn became the President of Money Concepts, focusing on retirement income planning, tax planning, asset accumulation and protection, insurance, and investment management. Evelyn was also actively involved in the Coopersville Chamber of Commerce as a Board Member from 2009 to 2015.

Evelyn Boes attended Davenport University from 1964 to 1967, where they earned an Associates degree in Business Administration. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at St. Joseph High School. In addition to their formal education, Evelyn Boes has obtained various certifications including Accredited Business Accountant from the American Council of Accountancy and Taxation, Certified Income Specialist from the Institute of Business and Finance, and Registered Financial Consultant from the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants.
