Matthew Stuart-Box

Matthew Stuart-Box is an experienced finance professional serving as Chief Investment Officer at MONEY DESIGN Co., LTD. since March 2018, overseeing investment research and management. Prior to this role, Matthew held significant positions at BlackRock as Managing Director and Portfolio Manager from 1999 to 2017. Matthew's academic background includes a Master's degree in Economics from The University of Tokyo, a Master's degree in International Relations from Waseda University, and a Master's degree in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge. Currently, Matthew is pursuing a PhD in International Studies at Waseda University.
