Nicole Santana Vargas has over seven years of experience in human resources, currently serving as Human Resources Lead at Money Group since August 2020, where responsibilities have included leadership roles such as Lead Human Resources Specialist and Human Resources Specialist. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Generalist at World Emblem™, overseeing employee relations in the US and Canada, and as a Client Service Manager at Qualified Staffing, managing staffing operations and consulting for new hires and customers. Additionally, Nicole held the position of Bilingual Recruiter, managing full-cycle recruiting across various business units, and served as a Human Resources Assistant at Caribbean Cinemas. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Labor Relations from Inter American University of Puerto Rico - Metropolitan Campus and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Inter American University of Puerto Rico - Bayamón Campus.
