Arati Panariya has extensive experience in quality assurance and software engineering. Arati is currently the Head of Quality Assurance at Money Mart Financial Services, where they oversee testing and sign-off processes for releases in the USA and Canada. Arati manages a team of 30 engineers across multiple vendors and is responsible for functional, automation, and performance testing.

Prior to their current role, Arati worked as a Quality Assurance Manager at The Hartford, leading the regression testing team for end-to-end workflows. Arati also served as a Senior Software Engineer Team Lead at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, where they managed a team of QA testers to test HRIS applications.

Arati has experience as an Automation Test Lead at Newell Brands, where they planned and executed testing for multiple branded sites. Arati also played a role in automation development and built a Selenium Grid Test framework at HCM.

Earlier in their career, Arati worked as a Software Engineer at Compuflex Corporation, a QA Test Engineer at Testlio, and a QA Automation Engineer at J.P. Morgan. Arati began their career as a Data Analyst with a logistic firm.

Arati Panariya obtained a Master's degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from the University of Bridgeport, where they studied from 2010 to 2012.
