Swapna Joshi

Swapna Joshi has extensive experience in customer care and account management across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Customer Care Officer at Money3 since May 2022, Swapna previously worked at Australian Receivables Limited from August 2015 to December 2020, where roles included 2IC Banking & Finance, overseeing a team of account managers and managing client payment negotiations, as well as an Account Manager focusing on debt collection. Prior experience includes serving as an Account Manager at Aria Communication, providing tailored public relations solutions and collaborating with SEO teams. Swapna’s career began in journalism with TV9 Media as a reporter covering local events and conducting interviews, alongside an internship with TV Today, where foundational skills in scriptwriting and live reporting were developed. Swapna holds a Bachelor of Mass Media in Journalism from the University of Mumbai.
