Tara Baker

Tara Baker is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Vanquis Banking Group since January 2021. With a strong background in strategic HR delivery, Tara has built relationships with Exco Directors and Senior Leaders to support various people projects. Previous experience includes roles as a Human Resources Business Partner at Huhtamaki, HR Manager at Ultra Electronics, and Human Resources Coordinator at NATS. Early in their career, Tara was a Human Resource Assistant at Airbus Defence and Space, focusing on HR policy development. Tara holds a Master of Science (MSc) and Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) in Human Resource Management, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Human Resource Management with Psychology, all obtained from the University of Portsmouth.
