About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of a scalable, cutting-edge trading and custody platform within a cross-functional product engineering team. This role is pivotal in shaping a platform that will strengthen the foundations of our brokerage and discretionary business.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Ownership: Own the product vision and roadmap for the custody platform, ensuring alignment with company objectives and the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the critical bridge between engineering, operations, and the executive leadership team to define the functional requirements of the custody platform and its target operating model.
• Solution Design: Work closely with engineering and architecture teams to co-develop innovative, scalable, and robust platform solutions that drive business growth and profitability.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with internal stakeholders to gather insights and ensure the platform’s design and features address customer and business needs while maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Execution Leadership: Drive the successful delivery of platform development initiatives, managing scope, timelines, and quality while mitigating risks and addressing challenges proactively.
• Data-Driven Decision-Making: Use data and analytics to monitor platform performance, identify opportunities for optimisation, and inform product decisions.

Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of market trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in financial platforms, custody solutions, and trading operations.
