Sahar Youssef

Sahar Youssef has extensive experience in quality assurance and operational excellence, currently serving in a key role at MoneyFellows since September 2021. Previous positions include Operation Team Lead at Xceed and CST Team Lead at talabat, both held in early 2021. Sahar also worked as a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Coordinator for HungerStation from May 2019 to February 2021 and as a Dispatcher Operation Specialist for Delivery Hero. A Dashboard Specialist role was held at Glovo from August 2018 to April 2019, and earlier experience includes serving as a Customer Service Representative at Teleperformance Egypt and a Customer Service Specialist at Orange Egypt. Sahar holds a Licentiate degree in Italian Language and Literature from the Faculty of Alsun, completed in 2016.
