Shehab Moustafa

Shehab Moustafa is a seasoned professional in customer operations and management, currently serving as the Country Director of Customer Happiness at Money Fellows since November 2021. Previously held the position of VP of Customer Operations at Homzmart, where significant achievements included enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty while overseeing a large team. Prior experience includes roles at Aramex as Country Head of Customer Success and at Vodafone in various leadership capacities, focusing on business development and customer experience management.
