Heather Reynolds is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at MoneyGram International since October 2023. Prior to this role, Reynolds held significant positions at Finastra, L3 Technologies, and BAE Systems Applied Intelligence, where responsibilities included leading global recruiting initiatives and managing talent acquisition strategies across multiple regions. With a background that also encompasses roles at Yodle, Vodafone, Avon, Mycroft, Clearwire, and Charter Communications, Reynolds has consistently demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, driving diversity and inclusion efforts, and fostering employee engagement within dynamic organizational environments.
