Since January 2016, Michael has served as the Chat Support Shift Lead at MoneyGuidePro® created by PIEtech, Inc., where responsibilities include addressing financial advisors' inquiries and assisting team members with complex cases. Prior to this, Michael provided consumer support for retirement planning using myMoneyGuide software and worked as a personal trainer at Williamsville Wellness, where individualized training and nutritional plans were developed for clients. Michael is an alumnus of Virginia Tech, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, and has furthered education in financial planning and health and exercise certifications.
