Lisa Gersh

Lisa Gersh is an experienced executive and board member, currently serving on the Board of Directors of MoneyLion as well as chairing the Nomination and Governance Committee since September 2021. Gersh also holds a board position at Jones Road Beauty and has been a member of the board and chair of the Compensation Committee at Hasbro since June 2010. Previously, Gersh held CEO roles at Alexander Wang and goop.com and served as CEO and President of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia. Additionally, Gersh was President of Strategic Initiatives at NBCUniversal, where responsibility included a partnership with the Weather Channel Company. As a co-founder and the President and COO of Oxygen Media, Gersh played a pivotal role in the company's sale to NBC for $925 million. Gersh began a legal career as a partner at Friedman Kaplan Seiler & Adelman LLP after serving as an associate at Debevoise & Plimpton. Gersh holds a JD from Rutgers Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Economics from Binghamton University.
