David James Aca

David James ACA has a diverse work experience in the field of accounting. David is currently working as a Group Reporting Accountant at Moneypenny since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Grant Thornton UK LLP where they held multiple roles. David served as a Manager from April 2022 to July 2022, an Assistant Manager from November 2020 to April 2022, and an Accounts Associate from September 2018 to November 2020. Before joining Grant Thornton UK LLP, they worked at Langtons as a Trainee Accountant from June 2017 to September 2018. David'sresponsibilities included preparing statutory year end accounts, management accounts, bookkeeping, VAT returns, and draft-level corporation tax computations. David's initial experience in the accounting field began at DSG Chartered Accountants, where they worked as a Trainee Accountant from July 2014 to June 2017. Here, they gained expertise in payroll advisory, IT duties, management information advisory, and accounting tasks such as creating automation spreadsheets, system reviews, and implementation.

David James ACA completed their education in a chronological manner. From 2015 to 2018, they attended Kaplan Financial College, where they obtained an AAT Level 2-4 degree in Accounting and Finance. Following this, in 2019 and 2020, they enrolled in ICAEW, where they achieved an ACA degree in Accounting.
