Jeremy Hance is a Freelance Journalist and Editor currently working as a Knight Science Journalism Fellow at MIT. Jeremy also writes a monthly column for Mongabay.com called Saving Life on Earth. Jeremy previously worked as a Senior Writer and Editor at Mongabay.com and as a Freelance Blogger for The Guardian. Jeremy is also a book author working on a travel memoir for HCI Books. Jeremy holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from Macalester College and a Graduate Liberal Arts degree from St. John's College. Currently, Jeremy is focused on a book project on Sumatran rhinos and the loss of Earth's megafauna during their time at MIT.
