Jeff Monge is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and advisory services. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Monge Capital Advisors since December 2009, Jeff oversees a Latino-owned firm dedicated to offering capital solutions and advisory services for real estate projects, emphasizing public/private partnerships. Prior to this role, Jeff held significant positions at UrbanAmerica LP as Principal and Senior Vice President of Business Development, and at the Upper Manhattan Empowerment Zone Development Corporation as Director of Business Investments, where strategies were developed to attract retail investments in Harlem. Additionally, Jeff contributes to the Hispanic Scholarship Fund as a member of the Advisory Committee. Jeff Monge holds a Master’s degree in Business Management/Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering Technology from SUNY Polytechnic Institute.
