Alan Tan - 陈 冠 莱 pursued their Bachelor of Science in Information and Computer Science from 1993 to 1996 at the National University of Singapore. Alan specialized in the field of Information Science during their undergraduate studies.

In addition to their formal education, Alan obtained a certification in IBM Agile Explorer from IBM in July 2020.
