Alycia A.

Alycia A. currently serves as the Head of GTM Global Enablement Onboarding at MongoDB since December 2024. Prior to this role, Alycia A. held various leadership positions at Total Expert from August 2022 to December 2024, including Sr. Director of People Development, Enablement, and Experience, where responsibilities encompassed employee engagement, company culture, and training programs. With a background in sales enablement and instructional design, Alycia A. has also worked for USANA Health Sciences, MX, and Harmony Executive Management, leading training initiatives and implementing learning management systems for numerous clients. Educational qualifications include a PhD from Cornell University, a Master's degree in Educational Psychology from Liberty University, and a Bachelor's degree in Digital Communication and Media from Southern Utah University.
