Bryan Axmear

Bryan Axmear has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Bryan is currently working as the Director of Operational Intelligence at MongoDB since November 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Chief of Staff for Customer Success Operations at CentralSquare Technologies from January 2020 to July 2021. From May 2015 to January 2020, Bryan worked at BMC Software as the Director of Operations for Services Sales. Bryan also held the position of Global Operations Director for Renewals & Support at Blue Yonder from January 2011 to April 2015.

Before entering the technology sector, Bryan gained experience in finance and analysis roles at US Airways from 2006 to 2010. Bryan started as a Senior Analyst in IT/CRE Finance and rose to the position of Manager of CRE and Admin Finance. Bryan also has experience in economic analysis from their role as an Economic and Financial Analyst at Thunderbird School of Global Management in 2006. Bryan began their career as a Consultant during a summer internship at SAP in 2005 and worked as a Team Lead and Technical Recruiter at Oxford Global Resources from 2002 to 2005.

Bryan Axmear holds a B.S. degree in Marketing from Iowa State University - Ivy College of Business. Bryan later pursued further education and received an MBA degree in Financial Management and Markets from W. P. Carey School of Business - Arizona State University in 2006. In the same year, they also obtained a Master's in International Management (MIM) from Thunderbird School of Global Management, specializing in Global Finance and Mandarin Chinese.
