Chris Lei

Chris Lei has a diverse work experience across various industries. In 2014 and 2016, they worked as a research intern at The University of Texas at Arlington, focusing on biochemistry and hydrology respectively. In 2017, they interned as a Financial Advisory Intern at Northwestern Mutual and also led the Vanderbilt Implementation Team at ofo, an earlier stage bike-sharing company. In 2018, they worked as a Marketing and Operations Intern at test IO and as a Fellow at Sage Corps. From 2019 to 2022, they joined Red Ventures as a Senior Associate in Growth Product Management, specifically working on the Bankrate team. Currently, Chris is employed at MongoDB as a Program Manager, responsible for growth experimentation.

Chris Lei attended Arlington High School from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Following this, from 2015 to 2019, they attended Vanderbilt University and earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics with a minor in Business. In September 2021, Chris also obtained the CORe Credential of Readiness with Honors from Harvard Business School Online.
