Clémence Ryon

Clémence Ryon currently serves as the Director of Customer Strategy and Chief of Staff at MongoDB, focusing on strategic initiatives and customer execution across global teams. Previously, Ryon was the Global Director of Partner Sales Strategy and Operations at Genesys, overseeing sales workflows and developing partner strategies. At Qualtrics, Ryon held various roles, culminating as the Regional COO for EMEA North, where responsibilities included driving growth through go-to-market strategies, performance management, and strategic projects. Clémence holds a Master in International Business from Hult International Business School and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from IÉSEG School of Management, along with educational experiences at Tecnológico de Monterrey and Malmö Borgarskola.
