Cristina Disch

Cristina Disch began their work experience in 2015 as a Recruitment Consultant at GCS Recruitment Specialists. Cristina then joined Dove & Hawk as a Team Coordinator from September 2015 to November 2016. In November 2016, they started working at Barclays as an Internal Recruitment Coordinator until June 2018. Cristina then joined MongoDB in June 2018 as an EMEA Sales Recruiting Coordinator until May 2020. From May 2020 to April 2021, they held the position of Lead Recruiting Coordinator at MongoDB. Currently, they are working at MongoDB as a Manager of Candidate Experience starting from April 2021.

Cristina Disch attended South East Essex College from 2009 to 2011, where they studied Business Travel and Tourism.
