Crystal Kubitsky

Crystal Kubitsky is a seasoned UX professional with extensive experience in user experience research and design. As the UX Research Operations Lead at MongoDB since June 2022, Crystal has previously held managerial positions at Vanguard and a pivotal role as a UX Designer and Researcher at Mayo Clinic. With a background in leading design efforts at both ck research & design and Elsevier, Crystal has significantly contributed to the improvement of digital experiences for various educational sectors. Crystal's career also includes impactful roles at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, Gobysavvy, and Comcast, where comprehensive UX strategies were developed for diverse products. Additionally, Crystal served as a mentor and coach at TeamPhilly, enhancing community involvement in running events, and was actively involved in the IA Summit, contributing to the organization and execution of industry conferences. Crystal holds a BS in Information Science from Drexel University.
