James Lu is a software engineer with significant experience in both cloud automation and ticketing systems. Currently part of the Cloud Automation team at MongoDB since April 2022, previous roles include enhancing an internal ticketing system at Bloomberg LP, which supported over 100 groups and managed millions of daily operations. James has interned at Facebook and Verizon Connect, optimizing applications and developing new functionalities, respectively.
