Joseph Dani

Joseph Dani has a diverse work experience in the field of data architecture and analysis. Joseph started their career as an Independent Consultant for Reader's Digest Association, where they worked on an Oracle HR implementation and also served as a Data Architect for a sales and inventory tracking system.

Following this, Joseph joined Wireless Generation as a Senior Data Warehouse Engineer, where they developed ETL processes for a Department of Education data warehouse. Joseph designed fact and dimension tables and implemented strategies to optimize the ETL process.

Joseph then worked as a Senior Data Analyst at Rose International, where they were responsible for integrating Human Resources data between Bank of America and Merrill Lynch through Master Data Management (MDM). Joseph identified data issues and coordinated remediation steps between the two entities.

Joseph later joined The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., initially as an Independent Consultant and later as a BI Architect - Global HR. In this role, Joseph led a team for the implementation of a Global Human Resources data warehouse and reporting system across multiple countries. Joseph implemented customizations and designed the security model for OBIEE 11g access.

Most recently, Joseph has been working at Perficient as a Senior Data Architect, primarily for the client Invesco. Joseph'sresponsibilities include analyzing data and creating source to target mappings for a centralized Client Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW).

In 2019, Joseph joined MongoDB as a Senior Lead Data Architect, where they continue to contribute their expertise in data architecture and analysis.

Joseph Dani earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Manhattan College. In addition, they obtained certifications as an AWS Solutions Architect - Associate and an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in July 2019 and March 2019 respectively.
