Joseph Fenning

Joseph Fenning, MBA, CPP, currently serves as the Global Security Manager at MongoDB, overseeing the safety and security of over 6,000 employees across 40+ locations globally. Prior to this role, Joseph spent two decades at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), culminating as a Supervisory Special Agent in the Counterterrorism division, where strategic planning and innovative cyber investigative techniques significantly advanced domestic and international security efforts. Joseph has held various roles at the FBI, including program management for the Joint Terrorism Task Force and leading initiatives to combat violent crime and counterintelligence threats. Earlier in their career, Joseph was an Instructor Weapons Director and Program Manager with the United States Department of the Air Force, where extensive training and security measures were implemented. Joseph holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from Oklahoma City University and a graduate certificate in International Relations from Harvard University.
