Katharine Libby is a seasoned Account Management and Customer Success leader with a career spanning over a decade. They served as a Manager of Customer Success at Applause from 2013 to 2015 and subsequently held several leadership roles at Acquia, including Director of Account Management. Katharine is currently the RVP of Relationship Account Management at MongoDB, where they oversee strategic account management efforts.
