Lindsay Keim

Lindsay Keim is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in customer success and strategic operations across international markets. Currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Success International at MongoDB, Lindsay leads a team of over 90 professionals, focusing on customer retention and expansion within a high-growth environment. Prior roles at Citrix include Head of Customer Success EMEA, Senior Director for multiple regions, and Regional Director for Switzerland and Austria, where accountability for go-to-market functions and cross-functional team leadership was essential. Lindsay's earlier positions at Citrix spanned sales planning, professional services operations, and technical enablement. Lindsay holds a B.S. in Mathematics and Psychology from Tulane University.
