Lucila Torres has a significant amount of work experience in the field of benefits management and consulting. Lucila started their career as an Analyst at Towers Watson in 2006 and then progressed to the role of Senior Analyst. In 2015, they joined Willis Towers Watson as an International Employee Benefits Consultant, where they worked on various global benefit projects and gained experience in HR Compensation and Benefits. Lucila then moved to Shire in 2017, where they served as the International Benefits Manager. In this role, they managed employee benefits in over 60 countries, implemented flexible benefit platforms, and received recognition for the Most Effective Rewards & Benefits Strategy at the 2019 HR Leadership & Management Awards in Ireland.
