Previously, they served as a Sr. Manager of Strategic Alliances & Partner Sales Ecosystems at Jade Global, focusing on building relationships with channel partners and executing joint go-to-market strategies. Manoj also worked as a Business Development Manager at Tech Mahindra, managing a team to explore business opportunities in the Communications, Media, and Entertainment sectors. They hold an MBA in Marketing from Indira Institute of Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Science from KTHM College.
