Mara Gibson

Mara Gibson has ample work experience in various roles and industries. Mara started their career as an intern at the Democratic National Committee in 2007. Mara then worked as a Marketing Team Manager at The HEINEKEN Company from 2009 to 2011, where they managed a team of bilingual marketing specialists and executed activations with notable events and partners. Following this, Mara joined the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce as a Membership Development professional, focusing on attracting businesses to the Austin region and creating more job opportunities from 2013 to 2015. Mara then transitioned to Oracle, where they held multiple roles including Sr. National Account Executive, Sr. Account Executive in Austin, and Regional Manager of Business Development from 2015 to 2021. During their time at Oracle, they worked with national companies and contributed to driving growth by leveraging software and hardware technologies. Most recently, Mara joined MongoDB in 2021 as a Regional Sales Development Manager and later served as a Senior Sales Development Manager, actively contributing to the company's success by achieving high revenue numbers and exceeding quotas.
