Noam Doron

Noam Doron currently serves as a Cyber & Digital Native Account Executive for Growth at MongoDB since September 2023, previously holding the position of Startup Account Executive. Prior to MongoDB, Noam held the role of Director of Sales Account Management at Firefly, where significant revenue growth was achieved from $0 to notable annual recurring revenue (ARR) through strategic client engagements in various international markets. At Spot by NetApp, as the Head of Account Management - International, Noam was instrumental in more than doubling the ARR and mentoring team members as a founding member. Earlier experience includes key roles at FORINFINITE, Shibolet & Co., Weksler, Bregman & Co. Advocates, and MEMO Global, alongside academic credentials with dual degrees in Law and Business Administration from Reichman University.
