Philip Agar

Philip Agar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Philip began their career in 2013 as an Assistant Manager at Gary's Gourmet Pizza. In 2015, they transitioned to a role as Social Media Support at Paddy Power Betfair. Philip then joined Allianz Australia Limited as a Policy Services Officer in 2016 before moving to Louis Dreyfus Company as a Fertiliser Account Administrator in 2017. In the same year, they also joined Empirics as an Account Manager, where they later advanced to the position of Senior Account Manager. In 2020, Philip joined MongoDB as a Customer Success Manager and was subsequently promoted to Senior Customer Success Manager and then Manager, Customer Success. Currently, they hold the position of Manager, Account Management at MongoDB.

Philip Agar completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree at University College Dublin from 2009 to 2015. In September 2020, they obtained a certification in Developing Executive Presence from LinkedIn.
