Rashmi Srinivas began their work experience in 2013 as an Android Development Intern at Concur. Rashmi then worked as a Data Visualization Intern at Cambia Health Solutions in 2015. In 2016, they joined the University of Washington as a Course Assistant for Explorations in Human-Centered Design and also interned as a User Experience Designer at ESPN.
From 2016 to 2018, Rashmi worked at ESPN as a User Experience Designer I, leading a large-scale application redesign as the sole designer in a 27-person Agile team. Rashmi was responsible for the end-to-end design process and presenting designs to stakeholders.
Since 2018, Rashmi has been employed at MongoDB, starting as a Product Designer and progressing to Senior Product Designer and their current role as Lead Product Designer.
Rashmi Srinivas received their High School diploma from Lakeside School in 2012. Rashmi then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Centered Design & Engineering, with a focus on Human Computer Interaction, from the University of Washington Human Centered Design & Engineering. Rashmi completed their undergraduate studies in 2016.
