Rebecca Raha Radparvar

Rebecca Raha Radparvar is a seasoned design strategist with extensive experience in leading design and experience initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Design Strategy and Principal Design Strategist at MongoDB since May 2022, Rebecca was the first design strategy hire at the company. Prior to this role, experience included significant positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as Design & Experience Strategy Lead and at Autodesk in user research and design roles. Additionally, Rebecca has contributed to academia as an Adjunct Faculty member at The New School's Parsons School of Design. With advanced degrees in Human-Centered Design and Mechanical Engineering, along with a Certificate in Design Leadership for Business, Rebecca combines technical expertise with strategic insight to drive innovation and enhance user experiences.
