Ryan Hitchcock has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Ryan started their career in 2014 as a Team Leader and Brand Ambassador at Verve The Live Agency, where they managed personnel and coordinated promotional events. In the same year, Ryan also worked as a Research Final Year Student at University College Dublin, conducting a study on lower limb muscle activation.

In 2014, Ryan joined IMAC Facilities Management Ireland Ltd as a Front of House and Housekeeping Staff Supervisor. Ryan'sresponsibilities included supervising cleaning staff and providing support to students living in UCD Residences. Ryan later became a UCD Residences Duty Manager, overseeing the turnover of rooms into hotel-like residences during the summer.

Ryan later became an Engage - Account Strategist, focusing on customer success.
