Sharad Garg

Sharad Garg has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Sharad started their career at HCL Technologies in 2014 as a Senior Analyst, where they were responsible for coordinating infrastructure implementation and integration. Sharad worked closely with the Technical Build Delivery Team and ensured the smooth delivery of services according to project plans.

In 2017, Sharad joined VMware as a Technical Support Engineer. In this role, they provided solutions based on customer requirements and deployed them on the VMware platform. Sharad also assisted enterprise customers in troubleshooting complex problems.

In 2019, Sharad moved to Google as an Operations Engineer. Sharad worked with the Operations team to ensure a Gold Standard Experience for users through support channels, external documentation, and product/feature feedback. Sharad resolved server issues and applied diagnostic techniques to identify and recommend solutions.

Currently, Sharad is working at MongoDB as a Cloud Technical Account Manager. Their responsibilities include managing technical accounts and providing support to customers.

Sharad Garg completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University Uttar Pradesh from 2010 to 2014. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained various certifications from VMware such as Double VCP - Data Center Virtualization & Network Virtualization, Double VCP - Network Virtualization & Cloud Management, Double VCP - Network Virtualization & Desktop Mobility, VMware Certified Professional - Network Virtualization 2020, Double VCP - Cloud Management & Desktop Mobility, Double VCP - Data Center Virtualization & Cloud Management, VMware Certified Professional - Cloud Management and Automation 2019, Double VCP - Data Center Virtualization & Desktop Mobility, VMware Certified Professional 7 - Desktop and Mobility, VMware Certified Professional 6.5 - Data Center Virtualization, and VMware vSphere 6.5 Foundations. These certifications were obtained between 2019 and 2020.
