Joe Boydston

Joe Boydston is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and account management. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Account Manager at Automattic since April 2014, Joe has also held the position of Happiness Engineer within the same company. Prior to Automattic, Joe was the Vice President of Technology and New Media as well as Chief Information Officer at McNaughton Newspaper Group from January 2001 to 2014. Earlier in Joe's career, a role as an Electronics Engineer was undertaken at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory between May 2000 and November 2002, focusing on Networking and Telecommunications. Joe holds a degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
