Shreya Sinha

Shreya Sinha's work experience begins in 2011 at EY, where they served as a Supervising Analyst until 2015. Shreya then moved on to Moody's Analytics Knowledge Services, starting as a Senior Associate in 2016 and eventually becoming a Delivery Lead from 2017 to 2019.

In 2019, Shreya joined MongoDB as a Senior in Business Development Research, a role they held until 2020. Shreya then became a Team Lead in Strategic Insights and, most recently, a Manager in the same department. As Manager, Shreya manages a team of 15+ people, focusing on standardizing processes and streamlining operations. Shreya has also developed career leveling plans and different career paths for high-potential team members.

Shreya is responsible for stakeholder management, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and budgeting and forecasting. Shreya is involved in headcount planning, performance reviews, promotions, team engagement, and support tool budgeting across the entire span of their team's responsibilities.

Shreya Sinha obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) from Patna University between 2006 and 2009, with a field of study in General. Following this, they pursued their Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Finance & Marketing at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University between 2009 and 2011.
