Shreyaa C. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Shreyaa started their career as a Legal Intern at Bar Council Legal Aid Centre in 2008. Shreyaa then worked as a Producer & Contributor at Hayes FM_Film & Media (inc 91.8 Hayes FM) from December 2011 to July 2012. Shreyaa also worked as a Researcher & Writer at Interfaith Action (InterAct) from March 2012 to November 2012. From January 2013 to August 2019, they worked as a Freelance Writer at Newsmodo.

In 2014, Shreyaa joined BDO Singapore LLP as a Consultant and worked there until August 2015. Shreyaa then joined HubSpot in September 2015 and had various roles in Customer Success, including Support, Implementation, Onboarding, and Professional Services. Shreyaa was a founding member of the HubSpot Singapore Office and served as a Team Mentor and Lead. Shreyaa was recognized as the HubSpot Singapore Customer Success Champion multiple times and received the HubSpot Global Customer Success Top Performer award in 2019. Shreyaa also won the 2019 Global Customer Success Competition and participated in the HubSpot Fellows Program. Shreyaa was the primary contact and advocate for over 300 customers throughout their HubSpot journey.

From April 2020 to March 2022, Shreyaa worked as a Customer Success representative at Amplitude. In 2021, they joined Revenue Collective as a Member. Currently, they hold the position of Manager of Customer Success at MongoDB, starting in March 2022.

Shreyaa C. obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in International Journalism Studies & Media from Brunel University London. Shreyaa also completed a Legal Practice Course in Corporate Law at The University of Law. Prior to that, they earned an LLB (Hons) degree in LAW from the University of Reading. In addition to their academic achievements, Shreyaa has obtained various certifications, including Demo2Win! from 2Win!, Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance, HubSpot Sales Software from HubSpot, HubSpot Certification from HubSpot, and Inbound Certification from HubSpot.
