Sief Hamouda

Sief Hamouda has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Sief is currently a Senior Manager at MongoDB, where they lead enterprise sales strategy and planning. Prior to that, they worked at Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Senior Sales Operations Specialist for global and strategic accounts. Sief also held the position of Sales Operations Specialist for global accounts at AWS.

Before their time at AWS, Sief worked at GE Healthcare, where they served as an S&OP Inventory Manager. In this role, they developed long-term inventory approaches, managed global inventory allocation, and improved visibility of inventory numbers. Sief also worked as a Sourcing Leader at GE Healthcare, where they led sourcing strategies, performed cost analysis, and executed simplification projects.

Prior to GE Healthcare, Sief worked at Alpha Source, Inc. as a Business Analyst and Sourcing Specialist. Their responsibilities included obtaining source data for analytics and ad hoc projects and fostering professional relationships within the organization. Sief also served as the International Sales and Customer Service Manager at Alpha Source, Inc., where they executed the sales cycle, maintained a presence in the Middle East and Africa market, and achieved sales goals.

Sief Hamouda holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, General from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Sief furthered their education by completing their Master's in Information Systems (MIS) at the Lubar College of Business from 2006 to 2010, with a focus on Management Information Systems.
