Will Cronin

Will Cronin has extensive experience in sales and business development, currently serving as Global Director of Inside Sales at MongoDB since May 2020. Prior roles at MongoDB include Regional Director and Director of Sales Development. Previously, Will Cronin held key positions at GuildQuality from March 2016 to April 2020, including Director of Business Development and Sales Team Leader, where significant achievements included creating a formal outbound development process and managing substantial new business opportunities. Prior experience includes managerial roles at ADP and Policy Directions Inc., along with legislative positions in the U.S. House of Representatives and Senate. Will Cronin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Florida.
