The leadership team at MongoDB has a lot of experience in different industries. Some of their previous experiences include being a part of the Global Future Council on New Education and Work Agenda at the World Economic Forum, being the VP HR - US at Unilever, being the Director - Campus Recruitment at Cognizant Technology Solutions, and being an Executive Search Consultant at The Millard Group. They also have experience in the field of security, being the Global CISO at Tradeweb and a Board Member at Continuous Delivery Foundation. In addition, they are Strategic Advisors at FossID AB and Stacklet. Lastly, the Head of Enterprise and Developer Marketing at Amazon Web Services (AWS). When it comes to education, the team is just as diverse, coming from Xavier Institute of Management, Madras Christian College, James Watt, and Santa Clara University with degrees in marketing, statistics, Scots law and public administration, and economics respectively.
