Katie Manker

Katie Manker is an experienced professional with a strong background in visual media and management. Currently serving as the Guideshop Manager at Monica + Andy since October 2017, Katie has previously founded and operated The Scan Artist, a service specializing in professional photo scanning and digital archiving from October 2014 to October 2017. Prior to that, Katie worked as a Photo Editor at the Chicago Tribune Media Group from January 2001 to September 2015, where responsibilities included photo editing under tight daily production deadlines across various newspaper sections. Katie began the career as a Designer at Copley Newspapers, designing content for all sections of the newspaper from May 1998 to January 2001. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Eastern Illinois University, earned between 1994 and 1998.
