Manoj Heryani

Manoj Heryani is the current Chief Sourcing Officer at Monica + Andy. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Sourcing for Carters Inc. from January 2017 to June 2020. In this role, they were responsible for developing both short term and long term sourcing strategy for India and Africa. Manoj also developed sustainable and eco-friendly manufacturing partners and build processes for speed to market and co-creation. In addition, they reduced the cost by more than 10% for relaunched Organic brands while supporting enhancement in design. Manoj also led cultural change in every supply chain function which led to performance improvement from 30% to more than 95%.

From June 2020 to April 2021, Manoj served as the CEO and Chief Operating Officer of Drestory (Sustainable Sourcing LLC). In this role, they were responsible for developing both short term and long term sourcing strategy for India and Africa. Manoj also developed sustainable and eco-friendly manufacturing partners and build processes for speed to market and co-creation. In addition, they reduced the cost by more than 10% for relaunched Organic brands while supporting enhancement in design. Manoj also led cultural change in every supply chain function which led to performance improvement from 30% to more than 95%.

Prior to their roles at Carters Inc. and Drestory, Manoj served as the Vice President of Sourcing and Production at Carter's | OshKosh B'gosh from May 2011 to December 2016.

Manoj Heryani has a bachelors degree in chemical engineering from the University of Mumbai. Manoj is currently working as an engineer in the oil and gas industry.

Manoj Heryani reports to Monica Royer, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Clayton Dibble - Director Of Visual Merchandising, Samantha Berngard - Head of Brand Experience, and Lisa Ginsberg - Director of Marketing.
