Roxana Pavel

Roxana Pavel possesses extensive retail management experience, currently serving as Boutique Manager and Deputy Manager at Monica Vinader Ltd since October 2018, focusing on sales, customer service, and team development. Previous roles include Store Manager at London Time from July 2015 to October 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing designer watch and sunglasses sales, managing payroll and budgets, and staff recruitment and training.
