EBENEZER OGUNTOYE

Ebenezer Oguntoye has a diverse work experience in various fields. In 2012, they worked as a Sales Representative and was responsible for maintaining daily sales records and procuring goods. From 2013 to 2013, they worked as a Computer System Technician, focusing on repairing faulty desktops and performing software installations. In 2016, they interned at the Lower Niger River Basin Development Authority, where they learned about grafting, budding, and other horticultural practices. In 2018, they had two roles: as an Independent Monitor for the World Health Organization, ensuring adherence to vaccination work plans, and as a Prevocational Tutor at Mollys School. In their current role, beginning in 2020, they are a Field Researcher at the National Center for Genetic Resources and Biotechnology. More recently, starting in 2021, they became a Business Associate at Moniepoint Inc. (formerly TeamApt Inc.).

Ebenezer Oguntoye holds a Master's degree (Applied Genetics and Plant Breeding) from the University of Ilorin, which they obtained from 2020 to 2023. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Botany/Plant Biology at the same university from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, Ebenezer has obtained certifications in Bioinformatics from Udemy in December 2022 and in IAB Digital Marketing and Media Foundations from Google in August 2020.
