Norman Amalu has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Norman has most recently worked at Moniepoint Inc., where they were responsible for addressing customer complaints and resolving any issues. Prior to that, they held a role in digital banking operations and dispute resolution at the same company.

Before joining Moniepoint, Norman worked as a Business Development Executive at Joossa Branded Gifts and Clothing Ltd, and as a Managing Director at Procurenest Nigeria LTD.

Norman also gained experience as an Operations Manager at Creative Brands | Brand Today, and as a Business Development Manager at RadikalHUB, Sygnite Power and Energy Solutions, and etyres.ng.

Norman started their career at Jumia Services, where they served as the Head of Issue Resolution and later as an Issue Resolution team member.

Norman also worked as a Supply Chain Associate at Jumia Nigeria and as an intern at the Nigerian Ports Authority (Power House).

Norman Amalu pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Lagos. Norman attended the university from 2008 to 2014, completing their undergraduate education in this field.
